About Riddance Environmental UK

Riddance Environmental is a company with over 33 years of experience. Before starting the business, all staff had worked for the “Bigger” companies at all levels, from Technician to Senior Management.

In 2015, two of us teamed up after experiencing frustrations with previous companies, aiming to build a business that would excel in offering our clients what’s required to protect their business, resolve any issues that arise, and at prices that can be justified.

We do not offer off-the-shelf pest control solutions. Instead, we customise all our services, starting with a riddance programme if necessary, and then we discuss the appropriate level of service required for your site.

Communication and relationship building with our customers is the number one priority. It’s the customers that know their sites and are there daily.

We exclusively serve commercial sites, primarily in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, and North London. Our staff members reside in these areas, ensuring that we are a local provider.

We can and do however travel outside these areas, and have customers as far as Poole, Canterbury, Norwich, Leeds, and Liverpool, so distance isn’t really an issue for us.

Our Staff

All our staff are fully trained to the required standards. With 75% of the team boasting over 25 years of industry experience, there’s very little we haven’t encountered or managed. You can rest assured that you’ll be in capable hands.

Our Accreditations

We are members of the NPTA (National Pest Technicians Association) a governing body as well as membership to Safe Contractor.

It goes without saying that we have full employment and liability insurance.

Before commencing any work, we complete a thorough risk assessment and environmental risk assessment, ensuring that health and safety are paramount, and all environmental impacts are considered. We always adhere to the best codes of practice and operate in full compliance with legislation.

We deal with most types of pests including, Rodents, Insects, Birds, wasps and moles.
